11. Cancellation & Refund
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing through

- 50% refund, if cancelled before 31st August, 2026.
- No refund, if cancelled after 31st August, 2026.
- Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference.
- At present, rates are inclusive of GST.
